Club’s goals:

  • Popularization of the culinary profession and attraction of many young and intelligent cadres to it;
  • Increasing the qualification of its members and helping their specialization abroad;
  • Organization of competitions and motivating the internal professional ones;
  • Preserving the culinary traditions of the Bulgarian kitchen and also its rational adaptation to the modern technologies and advantages of the culinary science;
  • Professional popularization of the international kitchen in Bulgaria;
  • Popularization of new nutritious products, machines and equipments;
  • Propagandizing of the healthy way of feeding;
  • Establishing contacts with international professional organizations and cooperations, as well as being their member;
  • Eurotoques membership.
