

On the 6th
of October 2002 in the newly opened Zulberg
in Hamburg for the first time a gala dinner was given
from one of the best cooks Carlheinz Hauser for 600
guests from whole Germany. The German culinary elite
gathered on this unique event. Many famous names from
the sphere of politics, economics and show business
were here to witness the pronunciation of the chosen
from the Germany team to participate in the Grand pris
competition for professional cooks Bocuse d’or
2003 in Lion. The president of Varna culinary
club, Mr. Zheliazko Karakashev, was also invited to
be present at this event.
